Centria Architectural Systems

As a Platinum Centria dealer, we provide design assistance and VE support to ensure the right panel is specified and installed on the job. Our project managers enter panel types, quantities and sizes into the Centria website portal based on approved shop drawings. To expedite product delivery, Centria typically delivers panels directly to the jobsite for installation by SPS installers. All trims, flashings and copings are fabricated in our shop and shipped to the jobsite for installation by SPS installers.

Centria panel applications typically include walls, soffits and copings, all of which undergo extensive testing addressing thermal, moisture and fire code requirements. There are more than 20 different types of Centria wall panels, ranging from single skin rain screen profile metal panels to factory insulated metal panels. They include:

Aluminum Composit Material (ACM) Wall Panel Systems

SPS purchases material planks from one of several approved vendors, listed below, and fabricates the material planks into architectural wall panels. Our engineering group designs each panel based on approved shop drawings, then downloads the panel design into our fully automated CNC machine. Once the panel has been routed by the CNC, our shop crew carefully folds and clips the return legs of each panel, then adds stiffeners to the backside of the panel to meet windload requirements. All trims, flashings and copings are also fabricated in our shop and shipped along with the panels to the jobsite for installation by SPS installers. Panel applications typically include walls, soffits, copings, canopies and column covers/wraps.
