You worked closely with the general contractor and us to develop a construction plan that enabled us to continue work operations without disruption. You were sensitive to critical areas and adjusted your work plan to our needs. You kept us informed of critical issues and made recommendations that resulted in cost savings. Our building was kept water protected during the construction phase. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and supervision at the work site. The result was a building that more than met our expectations as you were able to complete the work on time and under budget.

As I reflect back over this complicated project, one of the keys to success was having SPS as part of the team. From the early planning stages, your folks helped our Pre-con group with potential systems to accommodate several special features of the building. The transition to the field was smooth and SPS always had the proper resources to get the building dried-in and accommodated a very tight schedule. There are no magic formulas for project success. However, having the correct Team and project personnel sets you on your way towards a great finish and most importantly repeat business.

We appreciate SPS's effort exhibited during the planning and construction of this 7 story, 267,000 square foot building. SPS Corporation's scope of work was extensive and varied, with a large amount of curtainwall, 3 different types of architectural wall panels, sunshades, a large point supported glass canopy, a large skylight, and various interior glass scope items. We also appreciate SPS's assistance in working through several design areas and overcoming many challenges that were presented during this project to ensure it met schedule dates and budget.

The teamwork and coordination between SPS Corporation and Oldcastle Building Envelope during this project was second to none. Our teams worked very well together during the engineering, procurement, and material delivery phases of the project.
